Section 15(1) in Tamil Nadu Poisons (Regulation of Possession and Sale) Rules, 2015
(1)Every licensee shall maintain a register in Form C in which he shall enter correctly all sales of poison other than those used by a Chemist, Druggist or Compounder dispensing or compounding in compliance with the prescription of a qualified Medical or Veterinary Practitioner.
