Section 14(2)(i) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2008

(i)The procedure for claiming reimbursement in the type of claims referred to in sub-rule (1) of this rule shall be the same as laid down in Rule 13 of these rules except that the provisions of clause (i), (ii) and (iv) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 13 shall not be applicable in such cases.
