Section 36(1) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965
(1)Any registered practitioner may within the period of thirty days from the date on which the election of any member is notified under sub-section (6) of section 3 and on furnishing the prescribed security in the prescribed manner, present on one or more of the grounds specified in sub-section (1) section 48 to the prescribed authority an election petition in writing against the election of such member.
