- A register of licensed issued shall be kept in the Collector's office and shall be revised annually in April, when all lapsed licenses shall be struck out and new licenses entered. It shall contain the following headings-(a)Date of license.(b)Name of Licensee.(c)Place of vend.(d)Amount of security, if any, taken.(e)Description of stamps to be sold under the license.(f)Remarks (this column shall show any changes that may take place during the year).
