Section 16(1) in The Chanakya National Law University Act, 2006
(1)The Academic Planning Board shall be constituted consisting of the following:-(a)The Chancellor;(b)The Vice-Chancellor;(c)Two Directors A/ice-Chancellors of Law Universities nominated by the Chancellor;(d)Two eminent Professors of Law nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(e)Attorney General of India;(f)Solicitor General of India;(g)Chairman, Bar Council of India.
