Section 20(1) in The Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Act, 2001
(1)The members of the Council shall receive such travelling and other allowances as may be prescribed by regulations :Provided that the members of the Council who are Government employees shall not be entitled to receive such allowances.
