Section 3(j) in Prevention of Money-Laundering (Amendment) Act, 2012
(j)putting all the offences listed in Part A and Part B of the Schedule to the aforesaid Act into Part A of that Schedule instead of keeping them in two Parts so that the provisions of monetary threshold does not apply to the offences.
