Section 35A(2) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(2)The District Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall maintain a register in Form No. 8-A in his office showing the names of the Market Committees whose elections are due every year.
