Section 25(2) in The Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Rules, 1981
(2)The Corporation shall keep at its head office properly maintained books of accounts with respect to-(a)all monies received by it,(b)all other transactions of pecuniary nature,(c)assets and liabilities of the Corporation.
