The complainant had sought the following information:-
Annexure-1- Is there any job contract worker handling computer in CMTS, Bhubaneswar (Yes/No). If yes, provide the particulars :Name of the job contract worker, Station & Section working, Working Mobile/WLL related work (Yes/No), Whether username & password issued (Yes/No), Issued by (Name & Desgn.of officer), Date of issue of password. Annexure-2- Provide Particulars of staff working under CMTS SSA in Odisha Circle. Name & Designation of the Employee, Station presently working, Date since when working, Date of entry in BSNL, Date of Birth.

Grounds for the Complaint:
The CPIO has not provided the desired information.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Complainant: Mr. Kailash Chandra Panda through VC Respondent: Mr. I G Soren CPIO through VC The applicant submitted that he needs information and the matter should be decided as an appeal under Section 19 of the RTI Act He stated that that he needs the following information:
(i) Name of the contract worker(s) handling computer in CMTS Bhubaneswar
(ii) Particulars of staff working in CMTS Bhubaneswar
(iii) Documents required for issue of duplicate to replace damaged/missing SIM for pre-
paid and post-paid mobile connection.
The CPIO stated that he will supply the information.
Decision notice:
As agreed by the CPIO he should supply the information as above to the applicant, free of cost, within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
The matter is disposed of accordingly.
