Section 6(xii) in BIHAR SPORTS UNIVERSITY ACT, 2021
(xii)To establish and maintain, with the prior approval of the Chancellor, such Outlying Campuses, specialized laboratories or other units for research, instruction and training as are, in the opinion of the University, necessary for the furtherance of its objects;
