(5)(a)All appeals by the members of the teaching and non-teaching staff against the decisions of the Managing Committees of the recognised Institutions shall be heard and decided by the Appeal Committee.(b)The decisions of the Appeal Committee under clause (a) shall be final and no suit or proceeding shall lie in any Civil or Criminal Court in respect of any matter which has been or may be referred to, or has been decided by, the Appeal Committee.
