Section 38 in Tamil Nadu National Law School Act, 2012
38. Admission to School Courses.
- No person shall be admitted to a course of study in the School for admission to the examination for degrees or other academic distinctions of the School unless he, -(a)has passed the examination prescribed therefor; and(b)fulfills such other conditions as may be prescribed.
