Section 41(2) in Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973
(2)The Principal of a constituent college shall be responsible for the discipline of the students enrolled in the college and shall have general control over the ministerial and inferior staff allotted to the college. He shall exercise such other powers as may be prescribed by the Statues.
