O R D E R

Heard Shri S.K Pandey counsel for the applicant and Shri A. Tripathi counsel for the respondents.

2. The matter pertains to retiral benefits, which is accrued to him in the year 2008. It is not the case of the applicant that he is not getting the pension. His grievance is that he is not getting the retiral dues other than the pension.

3. Shri A. Tripathi counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed this O.A. on the point of delay.

4. In my considered opinion, the applicant should have approached the respondents much prior than 23.6.2012 but as the matter pertains to pensionary benefits, respondents are directed to dispose of pending representation of the applicant dated 23.6.2012 (Annexure A-1) by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with Law and Rules within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. No costs.

5. O.A. is disposed of at the admission stage without going into the merits of the case. No costs.
