Section 33 in The West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education Act, 1994.
33. Certain persons to be deemed to be public servants. -
The members of the Board and of every Committee constituted under this Act, persons in the service of the Board and any person appointed under this Act to audit the accounts of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
