Section 78(3) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act and the Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations made under this Act, any student who immediately prior to the date of commencement of this Act was studying for a Degree in Veterinary Science and Dairy Science and Technology in any of the Universities specified in the Schedule to this Act be conferred degree in Veterinary Science and Technology of the respective Universities for which he qualifies based on the result of such examination.
