Section 30(1) in Delhi Prisons (Transfer of Prisoner, Labour and Jail Industry, Food, Clothings and Sanitation) Rules, 1988
(1)to provide the daily rations required, arrange when necessary for the cooking of the same, and see that the prisoners are plentifully supplied with drinking water ;
