Section 6(2) in M.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(2)An authorised person may check any carrier transporting any mineral or its product at any place and the person in charge of the carrier shall furnish to him/her a valid transit pass and other particulars such as bill or receipt or delivery note etc. on demand by the authorised person.
