Section 1 in Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1987
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.6, Labour, Employment, Training and Factories (Labour) Department, dated 01.02.2016.] Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1987.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
