Section 17(2) in Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(2)The Secretary of the State Advisory Committee: -(i)shall assist the Chairperson in convening meetings of the State Advisory Committee;(ii)may attend the meetings but shall not be entitled to vote at such meetings;(iii)shall keep a record of the minutes of the meetings; and(iv)shall take necessary measures to carry out the decisions taken at the meetings.
