1. This is one of two FAOs, which had been re-numbered consequent to the creation of IP Division in this Court. Both the FAOs were being heard together.
2. The present FAO is the erstwhile FAO 485/2018. FAO 160/2019, which was being heard along with the present FAO, was re- numbered as FAO-IPD 15/2021.
3. Learned counsel submits that the said FAO was listed today before a coordinate Bench Hon'ble Ms. Justice Asha Menon and now, stands re-notified for 24th September, 2021, with a direction that both the FAOs should be taken up together.
4.
