Section 7(1) in Information Assistant, Class III, Competitive Examination Rules, 2015
(1)The Board shall, oh receiving the requisition from the Government, by an advertisement published in the prominent news papers widely circulated in the State call for the application in the prescribed form from the candidates possessing required qualifications for the post specified in Rule 1.
