FACTS:
2. The appellant filed RTI Application seeking information about list of M.Tech/IDD-V Dissertation supervised by Prof RM Banik along with list of thesis supervised by him between 2007-2013. He also sought copy of all such thesis submitted to him. FAA directed Coordinator of School of Bio Chemical Engg, IIT- BHU to give the status report. Appellant filed second appeal before this Commission.
DECISION:
3. On perusal of the available record on file, the Commission finds that Dean(Academic Affairs)/FAA had written to the Coordinator of School of Biochemical Engineering on 4-4-2014 enquiring about the status of the RTI application, under intimation to the appellant. The Commission directs the Coordinator, School of Biochemical Engineering, BHU deeming him as CPIO, to furnish the information sought by the appellant within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order and show cause why penalty should not be imposed on him for not responding to the RTI application, within 21 days from the date of receipt of this order. The Commission orders accordingly.
