36. Disposal of profits.
(1)The corporation shall establish a reserve fund by transferring such sums as it may deem fit out of its net annual profits before declaring a dividend.(2)After making provisions for bad and doubtful debts, depreciation of assets and all other matters which may be considered necessary by the Board, the corporation may, out of its net annual profits, declare a dividend.
