137. Public notice how to be made known.
- Every public notice given under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder shall be in writing under the signature of the Chairman or any officer of the Development Authority authorised in this behalf by the Development Authority, and shall be widely made known in the locality to be affected thereby, by affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places, within such locality or by advertisement in local newspaper or by publishing the same otherwise as the Development Authority may think fit.
