22. Power to make rules.
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette and after previous publication, make rules for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.(2)Every rule made under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the Legislative Assembly of Goa.
