Section 5(1) in The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Guidelines for Establishment of Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2011
(1)The age of the person to be considered for appointment, as Chairperson/Members, shall be minimum 45 (forty-five) years and maximum 62 (sixty-two) years.
