ADV. ADOOR PRAKASH (ATTINGAL): Thank you very much, hon. Chairman Sir. I would like to draw the attention of the Government towards allocating funds from the Central Road Fund for the development of roads in my constituency Attingal in Kerala. …(Interruptions)

ADV. ADOOR PRAKASH : I request the Government to consider Attingal-Venjaramoodu-Vembayam-Nedumangad-Aryanad road under the Central Road Fund and to allocate funds for the same. This road is starting from Moonnumukku at Attingal on NH-66 and connecting to the State highway. The road has more economic importance and the development of the same will be helpful for the tourism industry.
There is a great scope for tourism potential in my constituency. The development of this road will be an advantage for promotion of tourism. It will also be helpful for the coir and cashew sectors which employ a large number of people in my constituency.
I request the Government to consider allocating funds for this road on top priority. …(Interruptions)
