Section 16(1) in Criminal Court Rules of the High Court of Judicature at Patna
(1)The Regular Seal of the Court shall be placed in custody of a responsible officer of the Court authorised by the Presiding Officer for the purpose and documents required to be sealed with it should be sealed under his superintendence. Similar precaution shall be taken with respect to the Date Seal.
