Section 23(b) in Tamil Nadu General Clauses Act, 1891
(b)in relation to any Ordinance promulgated by the Governor under article 213 of the Constitution or any Regulation made by him under paragraph 5 of the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution, in like manner as they apply in relation to [Tamil Nadu Acts] [Substituted for the expression 'Madras Acts' by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1969, as amended by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.] made by the State Legislature:
