1. In view of the recent decision dated 21.7.2017 of the Division Bench in case Jay Atul Shah & Ors. Vs. Arvindbhai Amrutbhai Patel & Ors., (CRA No.386 of 2015) the learned Advocate for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application with a view to file appropriate proceedings as may be permissible in law.
2. Permission as sought for is granted. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the learned Advocate for the applicants. The present Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
