Issue notice.
Mr. R. S Reisang, learned senior counsel and Mr. K. Rabei, learned counsel enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 1/MPSC and Mr. M. Rarry, learned Addl. AG, Manipur on behalf of the respondent No. 2.
Petitioners to take steps for service of notice on the respondent No. 3 by dasti service within one week from today. Thereafter, petitioners shall file an affidavit to that effect.
Petitioners are allowed to take steps for service of notice on the respondent Nos. 4 to 47 by substituted service by publishing the notice in 2 (two) local newspapers (one in English and the other in vernacular) for one day within 10 (ten) days from today showing the returnable date as 5th October, 2020. Thereafter, petitioners shall file an affidavit to that effect.
List the matter on 5th October, 2020.
