63. Recovery of Government dues as arrears of land revenue.
- Any rent, royalty, fee, contract money or other sum due to the Government under these rules or under the terms and conditions of any mining lease or contract or permit, on a certificate in Form-'N' issued by an officer as may be specified by the Government in this behalf by general or special order, be recovered in the same manner as an arrears of land revenue.
