640. Validation of registration of firms as members of charitable and other companies .-
Any firm which stood registered at the commencement of this Act, as a member of any association or company licensed under section 26 of the Indian Companies Act, 1913 (7 of 1913) shall be deemed to have been validly so registered with effect on and from the date of its registration.[Computation of time for filing orders of [Court or the Tribunal]
