Section 19 in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002
19. Funds of the Board.
- The fee collected from candidates appearing for the entrance test towards cost of application forms and examination fee shall be deposited in the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited by opening an account in the name of the Financial Adviser. The Financial Adviser or such officer as the Chairman may authorise in this behalf shall operate the account on behalf of the Board.
