Section 113(b) in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
(b)in sub- section (2),-(i) for the words" All Courts", the words" All Courts, Tribunals" shall be substituted;(ii)for the words" such Court", the words" such Court, Tribunal" shall be substituted.
