Section 83 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
83. Members, Directors, officers and employees of the Authority to be public servants. -
All members, Directors, officers, and employees of the Authority shall be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in the discharge of their duties or in the exercise of their powers under this Act or under any rule or regulation made thereunder, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
