This MCC is filed seeking restoration of W.P. No.5041/2016, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 07.03.2022.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. W.P. No.5041/2016 is restored to its original number subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) to be deposited within a period of seven days from today online in the National Defence Fund (NDF), and the receipt of the same be filed in Signature Not Verified SAN the Registry. In case, the receipt is not filed, matter shall not be restored.

Office is directed to place a copy of this order in the restored petition.

With the aforesaid direction, this MCC stands finally disposed of.
