115J. Decision on question as to disqualification and on vacation of seats by members.
- If any question arises as to whether a member of a Taluka Panchayat has become subject to any disqualification referred to in section 115H or in section 115I, it shall be decided by the State Election Commissioner whose decision thereon shall be final.
