(3)The occupier shall also furnish information specified in sub-rules (1) and (2) to the State Board for the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution constituted under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 or the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
