                      ORDER :

1. The papers in the above matter are not before this Court. The Court Receiver has submitted to this Court the Report of M/s. Shetgiri and Associates dated 25th June 2022, which is titled "further technical report" on the status of construction of the Tauseef 1/2 03-IA.L.24397.2021.doc suit property. Copies of the Report of M/s. Shetgiri and Associates shall be made available by the Court Receivers to the concerned Advocates for the parties.

2. The matter is stood over to 13th September 2022 at 2.30 p.m. for further directions. Mr. Shetgiri shall also remain present when the Report shall be considered.

3. At this stage, Ms. Yadav states that the MCGM requires to fle Affdavit-in-Sur-Rejoinder dealing with Affdavit in Rejoinder of Respondent No.2-Society. The MCGM shall fle their Affdavit-in- sur-rejoinder within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
