Section 3(7) in Ramchandra Chandravansi University Act, 2018
(7)The constituent colleges and institutions of the Sponsoring Body affiliated to and enjoying the privileges of any University immediately before the commencement of this Act shall cease to be affiliated from that University and shall be deemed to be withdrawn from such privileges from the date of commencement of this Act and shall be deemed to be admitted to the privileges of Ramchandra Chandravansi University. University of the Sponsoring Body and all such colleges and institutions shall be the constituent colleges and institutions of Ramchandra Chandravansi University.
