Section 3(1) in Kumaun and Uttarkhand Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1965
(1)The Collector or an officer appointed by him in this behalf, shall not ordinarily enter into any building for the purpose of seizing and taking possession of books, accounts and other documents referred to in Section 11 before sunrise and after sunset.
