Section 15(1)(a) in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Act, 1971

(a)every person who possesses any of the qualifications specified in the Schedule and who furnishes to the registrar proof of his qualification for registration whether or not such person practises or intends to practise Homeopathy;
