1. In view of the subsequent order dated 16.08.2023 passed by the Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Prayagraj, Mr. Ashok Khare, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh.
