Section 28 in Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act, 2015
28. Conferment of degrees, diplomas and honorary degrees, grant of certificates by University.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the University shall have power to confer degrees, diplomas, honorary degrees, grant certificates and other academic distinctions or titles as approved by the Board of Governors on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed.
