                                                        ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to select the petitioner for the post of Upper Division Clerk pursuant to the notification No.A-34012/7/E1/ 2022/ DP and AR (EXAM) dated 29.09.2022 under the OBC Category.

2. Today, When the case was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has an appropriate remedy before the the Central Administrative Tribunal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file appropriate application before the Central Administrative Tribunal as per the jurisdiction.

4. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands withdrawn as dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
