Section 10(e) in The Jammu and Kashmir Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 2003
(e)who has been found guilty, by a majority of two-third of the members of the Board present and voting at the meeting thereof, of infamous conduct in any professional respect after enquiry by the Board at which an opportunity has been given to such person to be heard in his defence either in person or through a representative ; or
