Section 47(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)Every person who, immediately before the commencement of this Adhiniyam, is serving in the colleges and institutions of the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya which shall get transferred to the Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya shall, as from the said day, become an employee of the Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya.
